Upon termination, you must cease using the Platform immediately. Any funds in your account at the time of termination will be handled according to applicable laws.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the previous 6 months.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Peace and Profit LLC regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
